Indien naar het oordeel van het NHG er onvoldoende aanmeldingen zijn, kan het NHG, in overeenstemming met de cursist, de cursus verplaatsen naar een andere locatie of een andere datum. Indien over deze wijziging geen overeenstemming wordt bereikt, dan heeft u het recht om de cursus kosteloos te annuleren. If in the opinion of the Dutch College of General Practitioners there is an insufficiënt number of participants, the Dutch College of General Practitioners may, in accordance with the participant, replace the course to a different location or a different date. If there is no agreement about this change, you have the right to cancel the course free of charge. Uitval docent/Hindrance of the teacher:
- Bij ziekte en/of verhindering van een docent zal – voor zover mogelijk – voor gelijkwaardige vervanging worden gezorgd. Indien vervanging niet mogelijk blijkt te zijn, zal u hiervan zo spoedig mogelijk in kennis worden gesteld en zal een voorstel met alternatieve data komen waarop deze cursus alsnog zal worden gegeven. If a teacher is sick or hindered there will be an equally adequate replacement if possible. If this is not possible you will be notified as soon as possible with a suggestion for alternative dates.
- In geval van ziekte en/of verhindering van een docent heeft u geen recht op een (schade)vergoeding. Het NHG zal u geen extra kosten in rekening brengen voor de verzorging van lesdagen voortvloeiende uit ziekte en/of verhindering van een docent. In case of sickness and/or hindrance of a teacher you have no right to a reimbursement. The Dutch College of General Practitioners will not charge an extra fee for costs made due to alternative course dates because of sickness and/or hindrance of a teacher.
- U kunt niet kosteloos de cursus tussentijds beëindigen vanwege de uitval van een docent. You cannot cancel the course free of charge due to hindrance of a teacher.

| Annuleringsvoorwaarden / Cancellation policy: |
- Gedurende 14 werkdagen na het sluiten van deze overeenkomst heeft u het recht de om zonder opgaaf van redenen, de overeenkomst schriftelijk te ontbinden. During fourteen office days after the agreement you have the right to cancel the agreement in writing without giving a reason.
- Geen recht op ontbinding bestaat als de cursus is aangevangen voordat de termijn van 14 werkdagen is verstreken. There is no right to cancellation if the course takes place within fourteen office days.
- De geplande aanvangsdatum van de cursus geldt als uitgangspunt bij het bepalen van de hoogte van de kosten van de annulering (onverminderd de bedenktijd zoals bedoeld onder punt 1) The planned start date of the course counts as starting-point for deciding the cancellation fee (irregardless of the consideration time mentioned under point 1): a. Bij annulering tot 3 weken voor aanvang: € 30,00 administratiekosten. Cancellation untill three weeks in advance: € 30,00 administration fee. b. Bij annulering korten dan 3 weken voor aanvang: het totale cursusgeld. Cancellation within three weeks in advance: the total course fee.

- Alle rechten van intellectuele of industriële eigendom op de cursus of cursusmateriaal berusten uitsluitend bij het NHG of zijn licentiegevers. All rights of intellectual or industrial property of the course or course materials lie exclusively with the Dutch College of General Practitioners and its licensors.
